These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Warga777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website available at https://warga777.cam and any related mobile applications or services. By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with Warga777. Where any conflict arises between documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by Warga777.

The following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on Warga777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains open:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You hold only one (1) Account with Warga777. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform, whether voluntarily or by Warga777's administrative action.
• Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction of residence. You accept sole responsibility for making this determination.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Warga777 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of any prohibited activity.

Warga777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within any stated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Process

To create a Warga777 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Submitting false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination without refund of any remaining balance.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Warga777 strongly recommends that you select a password that is unique to this Platform and not shared with any other online service. You must notify Warga777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Any wager, deposit, or transaction placed while your credentials are in use shall be considered your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified Warga777 of a security breach before such activity occurred.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account. Where Warga777 identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bonuses, and in cases where fraudulent intent is identified, withhold remaining balances pending investigation.

4.4 Account Currency

All Warga777 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the Platform's prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply. Warga777 recommends using MYR-denominated payment methods such as DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Touch 'n Go eWallet to avoid any currency conversion.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Warga777 currently accepts the following MYR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to periodic review and amendment:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. As a general guide, e-wallet and DuitNow deposits carry a minimum of RM30, while bank transfer deposits typically carry a minimum of RM50. Maximum per-transaction limits range from RM5,000 to RM30,000 depending on the method selected. These limits may be adjusted at Warga777's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, provided that the Account is in good standing, all required KYC documentation has been verified, and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-wallets & DuitNow: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval
• FPX Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times, typically 10 to 60 minutes

Warga777 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large relative to deposit history or where unusual activity has been identified. The Platform shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking procedures outside of Warga777's control.

5.4 Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds

Only real-money deposits and legitimate winnings generated without breach of these Terms may be withdrawn. Bonus credits, in-progress wagering amounts, and any funds obtained through fraudulent activity are not withdrawable. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the Account, subject to Warga777's anti-money laundering procedures.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses and promotional offers made available to Warga777 Players are subject to individual offer terms, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds will be credited to a Player's Account within the timeframe stated in the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when using bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed any stated maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Warga777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or exploitation.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement (for example, 20x), this figure represents the total amount that must be staked before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states that the requirement applies to the combined deposit and bonus amount. Different games contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement, as detailed in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Referral and Loyalty Bonuses

Refer-a-Friend bonuses and VIP programme rewards are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the relevant programme's activation. Attempting to exploit referral schemes through self-referral, use of fictitious accounts, or coordination with third parties to generate fraudulent bonus credits constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the Warga777 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer games are broadcast from professional studios and conducted by trained dealers in real time. Warga777 does not manipulate game outcomes, and each game's rules and theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage are independently verified.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including pre-match and in-play betting on football leagues such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and UFC events, are governed by specific sportsbook rules. 7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a material technical error, system failure, or data corruption during gameplay or settlement, Warga777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Accounts. No claims for anticipated winnings will be entertained in such circumstances.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Warga777 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps on specific games, markets, or promotions. Any applicable cap will be communicated in the relevant game's information or promotion terms. Warga777 shall not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of any stated maximum cap.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Warga777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other Players to exploit games, markets, or promotional offers.
• Using software robots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated device to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or the systematic exploitation of promotions in a manner contrary to fair play.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Platform's underlying software or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards Warga777 staff or other Players.

Warga777 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered Players upon request via the Account settings or support team, and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited.
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of account access for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent restriction of access to the Platform, available for periods of 6 months or more.

Warga777 will not reverse any self-exclusion or cooling-off period at a Player's request before the stated end date. All content appearing on the Warga777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, and underlying software — is the proprietary intellectual property of Warga777 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Warga777.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Warga777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond Warga777's reasonable control.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors or banking providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a technical error or inaccuracy.
• Game outcomes determined by a certified Random Number Generator operating correctly.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Warga777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Warga777's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Deposited Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Warga777 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving your closure request, Warga777 will process the withdrawal of any legitimate real-money balance subject to standard KYC requirements. Any outstanding bonus credits not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Termination by Warga777

Warga777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to Warga777.
• The Player has provided false registration information or failed to complete KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to proven fraud or material breach, Warga777 may withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation, and may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Warga777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Warga777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. In all cases, the revised Terms shall be posted on this page with a corresponding update to the Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Warga777 recommends that Players review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Agreement.

Warga777 operates under international online gaming licensing standards. The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable under the Platform's licensing framework.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you are accessing Warga777 voluntarily, that you understand the legal context applicable in your location, and that Warga777 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.
